As CEO of 360 Level Up, Taera Childers handles compliance and finances. She leads member meetings to meet our yearly goals and ensures contracts align with our mission. Taera collaborates with the CSO and CIO on decisions, manages operations, maintains budgets, and assists in client service delivery.

Michelle Berry

As Chief Strategy Officer at 360 Level Up, Michelle Berry develops and implements strategic initiatives. She uses client contract data to improve decision-making and customer service, reviews contracts, and leads service strategy. Michelle also guides the company's long-term strategy, identifies opportunities, analyzes leads, and manages risks, while assisting in client service delivery per Contract Allocation Agreements.

Tinisha Hamberlin

As Chief Impact Officer at 360 Level Up, Tinisha Hamberlin maintains our culture and ensures decisions align with our core values: integrity, equity, excellence, and strategy. She focuses on customer experience, gathers data to measure impact, develops core services, and participates in client service delivery as per Contract Allocation Agreements.
